2. Mental health
Mental health refers to a person's emotional, social and internal well- being. For a person to live a full and active life, he needs physical well- being as well as internal well- being.
Defining internal health is a little harder than physical health. Because, internal well- being depends on the existent. Every mortal being has different feelings, mannas, pains, studies. So the internal health of every human being depends on himself. Always smiling, counting on your own condition helps to overcome stress and internal weakness.
