What Is Business?

Inneconomic terms, business is a type of social activity where people are organized and their productive activities are maintained for the purpose of legitimately acquiring wealth or profit with specific creative and productive goals in mind.  Business is defined as the production of goods and services in the hope of making a profit for the individual and the distribution of them in order to meet the material and material needs of the people and all its legitimate, risky and continuous activities.


 By law, business refers to an organization that provides a product or service or two benefits to a consumer in exchange for money.  Business has played a significant role in the economy of capitalism.  Here, almost all businesses are privately owned, formed primarily to increase the owner's capital by making a profit.  One of the main objectives of the owners or directors of privately owned business entities for business profit is to take risks and return the capital invested against the operation.  Business can also be done without profit or under state ownership.

 The word "business" literally means "to be busy," meaning to be engaged in a commercial, supportive, and profitable business, either individually or collectively.  Conveniently, the word "business" has at least three uses -


 Used singularly to refer to a specific company or organization.

 Commonly used to refer to the market area of ​​a particular product or service;  Such as - flower business

 A group is a group of people who perform a variety of tasks to provide goods and services in a mixed sense, or in a broad sense.


 There are basically four types of business:


 1. Ownership business

 2. Partnership business

 3. Company

 4. Cooperative Society
