Quit alcohol:


 If you have a habit of drinking alcohol, beer, etc., give it up now.  It is deadly harmful to the body.  Many types of cancer are associated with alcohol consumption.  Such as- breast cancer, liver cancer, throat cancer etc.  Alcohol damages our DNA.


 Quit smoking:


 Not to mention quitting at first.  Needless to say, it caused serious damage.  Smoking helps to spread cancer in the cells of the body where cancer can take up residence.  No matter who you are, it is not possible to stay away from cancer without quitting smoking.  So quit smoking today.


 Change food list:


 By changing the food list we can live a much healthier life.  Make a list of vegetables, fruits and protein rich foods.  These will eliminate the possibility of bowel cancer.  Apart from that, nutritious food also enhances the body's immunity a lot.  Processed foods, saturated fats and red meat are the leading causes of bowel cancer in Britain.

 Find out if there is a family history of cancer.  For example, if someone in the family has breast cancer, you are also likely to have this problem.


 Protect yourself from sunlight:
